Terms of service.

1. Operator and service

Moon Poro Bot is operated by Ceendi in Poland. It links a Discord account with a Riot account, retrieves official platform and rank information, and manages matching roles in the League of Legends PL Discord community.

The service is free, contains no advertising and may evolve, be limited or end. Information about the controller is available in the privacy policy.

2. Who may use the service

You may use the service only if you are authorised to use both accounts and meet Discord's and Riot's applicable age and account requirements. You remain responsible for account security and for providing correct information during verification.

3. Acceptable use

Do not circumvent limits, repeatedly make bulk attempts, test accounts you do not control, disrupt the bot, exploit defects, impersonate another person, or use the service contrary to law, Discord rules, Riot policies or community rules.

We may cancel a session, remove a link or restrict access when necessary for security, moderation, compliance or stability.

4. Riot verification and third-party services

Current verification uses a League of Legends profile-icon challenge. Riot Sign On is in preparation and will launch after Riot grants access. Discord, Riot Games and Google Cloud provide independent services under their own terms. Their availability and API changes are outside Moon Poro's control.

Moon Poro Bot is not an official Riot Games product. The required non-endorsement notice appears in every page footer.

5. Data freshness and availability

The profile shows data stored during the last successful update, not real-time information. Automatic and manual refreshes are subject to scheduling, limits and Riot API availability. APIs, networks and Discord may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

We take reasonable care to keep data and roles correct. To the extent permitted by law, the service is nevertheless provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. A Discord role is a community designation, not an official Riot certificate.

6. Privacy and deletion

The privacy policy explains data processing. You may remove the link yourself with /usun_weryfikacje or the panel button. You may also contact the operator. Self-service removal ends future synchronisation, removes the “Zweryfikowany” role and keeps the existing region, rank and “Użytkownik” roles. Administrative removal also removes region and rank roles; the “Użytkownik” role remains.

7. Intellectual property and changes

Moon Poro's name, code and materials belong to their operator or licensors. Riot Games and League of Legends marks belong to Riot Games, Inc. Discord marks belong to their owner.

We may change these terms. Material changes will receive a new publication date. Continued use after their effective date indicates acceptance unless law requires another process.
